Fluorite, also known as fluorspar, is a strategic non-metallic mineral rich in calcium fluoride, which is the core raw material for industrial fluorine chemical industry, metallurgical flux and optical glass manufacturing. High-purity fluorite powder is widely used in the production of hydrofluoric acid, fluorocarbon materials, metallurgical deoxidizers and ceramic flux.

Raw fluorite ore has uneven particle size and contains gangue impurities such as quartz and calcite, which needs professional fine grinding and impurity removal treatment to reach industrial production standards. This fluorite grinding project is equipped with a medium-sized high-precision grinding mill production line, with an hourly output of 9.5 tons and finished powder fineness of 260 mesh, specially used for high-purity fluorite powder processing.
 
Raw fluorite ore is crushed and screened in advance to remove large gangue stones and impurities, ensuring stable feeding particle size. The grinding mill is optimized for the physical characteristics of fluorite, with moderate grinding force to avoid over-grinding and mineral powder loss.

The closed-circuit circulating grinding system realizes full grinding of fluorite raw materials, and the high-precision classifier screens out standard 260-mesh fluorite powder with uniform particle size and high calcium fluoride content. The processed fluorite fine powder has stable chemical properties and good fusibility, fully meeting the standards of chemical-grade and metallurgical-grade fluorite powder.
 
In the fluorine chemical industry, high-purity fluorite powder is the main raw material for producing hydrofluoric acid, fluoroplastics, fluororubber and refrigerants, supporting the development of modern fine chemical industry. In the metallurgical industry, it is used as an efficient smelting flux to reduce smelting temperature, improve slag fluidity and enhance steel smelting efficiency.

It is also widely used in optical glass, enamel manufacturing and cement retarder production.
