Silica fume, also known as micro silica powder, is a fine industrial by-product produced in the smelting process of metallic silicon and ferrosilicon. It has ultra-high activity, strong pozzolanic performance and excellent filling and waterproof properties, which is an indispensable high-performance admixture for high-strength concrete, ultra-high performance concrete and high-grade refractory materials.

Original silica fume has uneven particle size and agglomeration phenomenon, which needs professional grinding and dispersion treatment to achieve uniform fineness and maximize activity. This silica fume grinding project is equipped with a special dispersing grinding mill, with an hourly output of 6.5 tons and finished powder fineness of 300 mesh, dedicated to silica fume activation and fine processing.
 
Raw silica fume materials are fine granular materials with light weight and easy agglomeration. The production line is equipped with special anti-agglomeration feeding and dispersion equipment to break up aggregated silica fume particles before grinding. The optimized grinding structure adopts low-resistance dispersion grinding technology,

which can fully disperse silica fume particles without damaging its microscopic activity structure. After precise classification, the 300-mesh silica fume powder has uniform particle size, high activity coefficient and good fluidity, which can be perfectly fused with cement and concrete materials.
 
In the construction industry, activated silica fume powder can significantly improve the compressive strength, impermeability, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of concrete, and is widely used in high-speed railways, bridges, nuclear power plants and high-rise building projects. In the refractory industry, it is used as a high-grade refractory binder to improve the compactness and high-temperature resistance of refractory products.
