Pumice stone is a porous lightweight volcanic rock mineral with the characteristics of light weight, high porosity, wear resistance, heat insulation and corrosion resistance. It is a unique lightweight industrial raw material, widely used in abrasive polishing, lightweight concrete, filter materials and horticultural cultivation.

Bulk pumice stone has irregular particle size and porous structure, which needs professional grinding and shaping processing to produce standard pumice powder and fine particles. This pumice stone grinding project is equipped with a large heavy-duty grinding mill, with an hourly output of 19 tons and finished powder fineness of 90 mesh, dedicated to large-scale processing of lightweight pumice powder for building and industrial abrasive purposes.
 
Raw pumice stone has low hardness, light specific gravity and porous structure, which is easy to grind and shape. The production line adopts primary crushing pretreatment to control feeding particle size, avoiding oversized materials affecting grinding efficiency.

The optimized grinding host adopts targeted grinding technology for porous lightweight minerals, which can fully grind pumice stone into uniform fine powder while retaining its porous structure characteristics. The processed 90-mesh pumice powder has uniform particle size, light weight and strong adsorption and friction performance.
 
In the industrial abrasive industry, pumice powder is used for surface polishing of metal, wood and leather materials, with fine polishing effect and no damage to the surface of finished products. In the construction industry, it can be added into lightweight concrete and thermal insulation mortar to reduce building weight and improve thermal insulation and sound insulation performance.

In addition, pumice powder can be used as water treatment filter material and horticultural soil amendment to improve soil air permeability. This 19TPH pumice stone grinding line has large processing capacity and high automation degree, supporting long-term continuous production.
