The processing process is as follows: the raw quartz ore is first crushed into particles of less than 10mm by a crusher, then sent to a purification system to remove impurities such as iron, aluminum, and magnesium, ensuring that the purity of the quartz ore reaches more than 99.9%. Then, the purified quartz ore is sent to the ultra-fine mill for grinding, and the air classifier is used to classify the powder, ensuring that the fineness of the finished product meets the set requirements. The entire production process is carried out in a clean workshop to avoid secondary pollution of the quartz powder.
 
The high-purity quartz powder produced by this project has a wide range of uses. When the output fineness is 200-300 meshes, it is used in the construction industry, such as the production of engineered stone surfaces and high-grade decorative materials, which has the advantages of high hardness, wear resistance, and aesthetics. When the fineness reaches 300-400 meshes, it is used in the electronics industry as a raw material for semiconductors, optical devices, and solar panels, which requires high purity and uniform particle size. In addition, it is also used in the glass industry to produce high-quality optical glass and quartz glass, with high market value.
 
The project has strict quality control standards, and each batch of raw materials and finished products will be tested for purity, fineness, and impurity content to ensure that they meet the requirements of the electronics and construction industries. The production line is equipped with a full-set environmental protection equipment, and the dust and waste generated during the production process are treated in accordance with national standards.
