Fluorite Powder Processing: Project Description

Project Description: This fluorite powder processing project is located in a mining area in western China, where high-grade fluorite reserves are abundant. The project was launched in 2022 with a total investment of 15 million US dollars, covering an area of 18,000 square meters. It is equipped with two vertical mills, three crushers, and a complete set of classification and beneficiation equipment, with a designed production capacity of 30 tph and the fineness of 80 mesh.

The project employs 50 workers, including 10 technical personnel responsible for process control, equipment maintenance, and product quality inspection. The project's annual output is 216,000 tons of fluorite powder, with a target market including large-scale chemical and metallurgical factories both domestically and internationally.

The project is expected to generate annual revenue of 10.8 million US dollars and contribute to local economic development. Environmental protection measures include dust collection equipment, wastewater treatment systems, and tailings disposal facilities, ensuring compliance with national and international environmental standards.

For low-grade fluorite ore, beneficiation processes such as flotation may be used to increase the calcium fluoride content before grinding. The processed powder is stored in silos and transported to chemical and metallurgical factories for further processing.

In summary, fluorite powder processing is a vital industry supporting the chemical and metallurgical sectors, with significant economic and strategic importance. The 30 tph, 80-mesh fluorite grinding project demonstrates the efficiency and scalability of large-scale fluorite processing, providing a reference for the industry. As the global demand for chemicals and metals continues to grow, the importance of fluorite powder processing will only increase.
