Process flow for preparing limestone powder by European plate mill:
The pulverizing system generally includes equipment: crusher, elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, European version pulverizer.As the European version mill is equipped with a powder concentrator inside, there is no need for an external powder concentrator, which makes the process simple.
After the massive limestone is crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, it is sent to the storage hopper by the hoist, and then sent to the main machine grinding room of the European version mill for grinding by the vibrating feeder. The ground limestone powder is blown up by the wind and graded by the powder concentrator, limestone powder conforming to the fineness will flow through the pipeline with the gas and enter the new isolated cyclone powder collector for separation and collection. The collected limestone powder finished product is sent to the limestone powder silo through the discharge port and the conveying device for desulfurization. The unqualified particles are thrown to the cylinder wall after being separated by the powder concentrator, and then fall along the cylinder wall and return to the mill for grinding. The whole system operates under negative pressure, and the system dust does not overflow, so as to ensure the cleanness of the site.
