Petroleum coke is the "waste" at the end of petroleum refining process, it can be used as glass fuel instead of heavy oil after grinding and processing by the mill (the general demand is 200 mesh). Petroleum coke processing and pulverizing process:
After being crushed, the petroleum coke is grinded by the MTW European mill to produce petroleum coke powder that meets the requirements of customers, it is quantitatively, continuously, evenly and stably injected into the kiln by the conveying system for combustion.
The combustion temperature of petroleum coke powder in the glass furnace can reach or approach the flame temperature of heavy oil combustion of 1650-1730 ℃, the ash content is the same as that of heavy oil, and sulfur powder is lower than coal tar.
