The output particle size of the pulverizer is fine, up to 0.038mm. The fineness of the finished product is generally specified, which is consistent with the equipment model. If the particle size of the ore grinded by the pulverizer suddenly becomes coarser, and the grinded stone cannot meet the industrial requirements, the reasons for these problems are various, and the specific problems are analyzed in detail.
When we choose the mill, we pay more attention to the parameters of the fineness and output of the finished product, but the ideal equipment type may not be achieved for many reasons. After analyzing and integrating resources, we find that the following factors of the pulverizer may cause the problem of coarsening the fineness of the pulverizer.
1. If the pulverizer is installed incorrectly, the operation is not standardized, or the main material used by the equipment itself is of poor quality, the fan blades with high material requirements will be damaged, and there will be problems during the grinding operation, resulting in coarser powder particle size.
2. The blades of the analyzer are seriously worn, and the air volume of the fan is inappropriate. We know that the main function of the blades of the analyzer is to analyze the materials of the finished products. If the blades of the analyzer are seriously worn, the finished materials cannot be analyzed, so it may lead to coarse grinding of the pulverizer.
3. The rotation of the grinding roll is affected. During the process of grinding materials, the rotation of the grinding roll generates strong grinding pressure and friction between the grinding roll and the grinding ring, so that the materials can be ground more fully. If the rotation of the grinding roll is not flexible, the grinding energy of the mill will be greatly reduced, and the fineness of the finished products produced by the mill will change.
4. The air lock valve is blocked. If dust enters the coarse powder pipe during the operation of the overpressure pulverizer, the coarse powder after powder selection will enter the powder area with smaller particle size from the return air blade, resulting in the coarsening of the finished product.
5. During the long-term grinding of ore by the pulverizer, the long-term impact of ore and other materials makes holes in the return pipe of the overpressure pulverizer, which leads to the leakage of coarse powder materials into the area, resulting in the coarsening of ore grinding produced by the overpressure pulverizer.
In the process of grinding and processing, it is found that the finished material becomes coarse, and the accident phenomenon should be carefully analyzed to accurately find out the cause of the coarse powder, so as to take timely countermeasures to ensure the quality of the product and the smooth operation of the entire production line.
