1. Hardness of materials.
Generally, materials with higher hardness are more difficult to break, and the wear of equipment is more serious. According to the hardness analysis, Mohs hardness of 6-7 belongs to hard stones, such as granite, Mohs hardness of 3-5 belongs to medium hard stones, such as marble, Mohs hardness of 1-2 belongs to soft stones, such as limestone and dolomite, and the hardness of each material is different.
2. Viscosity of aggregate.
Stones with high viscosity will adhere to the inner wall of the crushing chamber, affecting the amount of materials contained in the crushing chamber and reducing the working efficiency. Generally, the sand making machine has high requirements for the fineness of the crushed materials, that is, the finer the crushed materials, the smaller the crushing and sand making capacity. The greater the viscosity of the stone, the easier it is to adhere. In serious cases, it may also affect the normal operation of the sand making machine. If the viscosity of crushed sand and gravel aggregate is slightly large, the crushing chamber should be cleaned in time to improve the efficiency of the equipment.
3. Humidity of sand and gravel materials.
When the moisture content of the material is large, it is easy for the material to bond in the crushing cavity of the sand making machine, and it is also easy to cause blockage in the feeding and conveying process, resulting in the reduction of crushing capacity, which is easy to cause the low capacity of the sand making machine, and it is difficult to achieve the ideal output, which directly affects the production efficiency of the sand making machine.

When configuring the sand making production line, we should select the appropriate sand making machine according to the viscosity and humidity of materials. Some materials become viscous at high temperature, which will not only affect the sand production rate, but also cause damage to the sand making machine. The hardness and fineness of materials are also very important in the whole sand making production line.
