We know that steel slag road construction has high strength, good wear resistance and anti-skid performance. The process flow can be briefly described as follows:
The first stage: the steel slag is uniformly fed by feeding equipment such as vibrating feeder and then sent to the silo. If the steel slag is large, it can be loaded and transported to the crushing equipment by forklift. Generally, jaw crusher is used for crushing and the steel slag is crushed by the crusher;
The second stage: the steel slag crushed by the crusher is sent to the bucket elevator by the forklift, and then lifted by the elevator to the belt conveyor on the storage tank, and then distributed to each host by the belt conveyor. The belt conveyor uniformly sends the materials to the host through the system control for grinding. The qualified products in the process of the mill are screened by the screening system and then collected by the pipeline into the collector;
The third stage: the purified air flow flows into the blower through the residual air pipe above the dust collector. Except that the air flow from the blower to the grinding room is positive pressure, the air flow in other pipelines flows under negative pressure, and the indoor sanitary conditions are good.
