Jaw crusher is suitable for coarse crushing and medium crushing of hard rocks. Its working mode is curved extrusion type. Its working principle is that the motor drives the belt and pulley to make the moving jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the bracket and the moving jaw becomes larger, so as to drive the moving jaw plate to approach the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the materials are crushed or split to achieve the purpose of crushing. The jaw crusher is used as a crushing equipment (coarse crushing) in the stone production line.
The cone crusher is suitable for medium and fine crushing of hard and medium hard ores. Its working mode is that the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device, and the moving cone rotates and swings under the force of the eccentric shaft sleeve. The section where the moving cone is close to the static cone becomes the crushing chamber, and the material is crushed by the multiple extrusion and impact of the moving cone and the static cone. Cone crusher is widely used in metallurgy, construction, hydropower, transportation, chemical, building materials industry.
When the impact crusher is working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the materials enter the action area of the plate hammer, they collide with the plate hammer on the rotor and break, and then are thrown to the impact device to break again, and then bounce back from the impact liner to the action area of the plate hammer to break again. This process is repeated. The impact crusher is suitable for the production of stone materials used in highway, hydropower, construction and other industries.
The working mode of the sand making machine is that the materials vertically fall into the high-speed rotating impeller from the upper part of the machine. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the materials distributed around the impeller with another part in the form of an umbrella will have high-speed impact and crushing. After the materials collide with each other, they will form eddy currents between the impeller and the machine shell, and they will collide with each other, friction and crush for many times. They will be discharged directly from the lower part, forming a closed circuit for many times.
