Manual mining is the traditional method of granite mining. At present, many mines at home and abroad still use this method. This method is very suitable for granite mines with good cleavage and complete ore bodies.
Burning, drilling and mining.
This method uses flame cutting, manual drilling and drilling with hand-held rock drill, and controlled blasting mining with detonating cord.
The fire drilling mining method is a widely used granite mining method at present. In order to make the separation of separation body and ore body easier and more reliable, the fire cutting process of flame cutting machine separating the connection surface of separation body and ore body is added. During the subsequent separation by blasting, the state of double-sided controlled blasting is formed, which makes the separation operation easier and more reliable.
Manual rock drilling and bead sawing mining.
In this method, diamond bead saws are used in combination with hand-held rock drills to drill and drill row holes, and detonating cord controlled blasting is used for mining. The bead saw replaces the flame cutting machine to cut a surface connecting the separation body and the ore body. The hand-held rock drill is manually operated to drill row holes on the vertical back and horizontal bottom of the separation body, and the separation body is separated from the ore body by combining the double-sided controlled blasting with detonating cord.
Full sawing mining with diamond bead saw.
This method refers to the separation of the separation body from the ore body, the disintegration of the separation body, and the shaping of the block are all completed by the bead saw, similar to the way of mining marble mines.
Mining by combination of circular saw and bead saw.
This method is a semi mechanical mining method in which the circular saw type block cutter is directly used to cut the vertical surface of the ore body, and the manual wedge splitting separation is used for the horizontal surface. The bead saw is used to cut the horizontal bottom of the stone instead of the manual wedge splitting separation. This method is applicable to small and medium-sized mechanized granite mining mines with complete ore bodies.
Bead sawing mining method with bench drill.
This method is a mining method that replaces manually operated hand-held rock drills and flame cutting machines to mine granite. Its mining technology is the same as that of manual rock drilling bead sawing mining method, except that the bench type rock drill is used to drill and drill row holes instead of manually operated hand-held rock drills, and the rest are the same.
