Coal combustion emits a large amount of SO2, NOx and CO2, resulting in atmospheric environmental pollution, and acid rain is becoming more and more serious, which endangers our living environment. Therefore, it is particularly urgent and necessary to strengthen the control of SO2 in thermal power plants.
At present, the main desulfurization process used in thermal power plants is flue gas desulfurization. According to the temperature of desulfurization medium, it can be divided into wet method, dry method and semi dry method. Limestone powder is a common desulfurizer.

Process flow of limestone pulverization:
After the large limestone is crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, it is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the main machine of the mill for grinding by the vibrating feeder. The ground limestone powder is blown by the wind and screened by the powder separator. Limestone powder conforming to the fineness will flow through the pipeline and enter the cyclone powder collector for separation and collection.
The collected limestone powder finished products are sent to the limestone powder bin through the outlet and the conveying device for desulfurization. Unqualified particles are thrown to the cylinder wall after being separated by the powder concentrator, and then fall along the cylinder wall and return to the mill for grinding. The whole system operates under negative pressure, and the dust of the system does not overflow to ensure the cleanness of the site.
