Any machine used needs lubrication and maintenance to ensure the normal and stable operation of the crusher.

The maintenance and lubrication of the machine is an important and regular work, which should be closely coordinated with its operation and maintenance, and professional staff should be on duty for inspection. Lubrication maintenance of jaw crusher can be simplified into two aspects, installation and commissioning and daily maintenance of the machine.
1. The equipment shall be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.
2. During installation, the main body shall be horizontal and vertical to the ground, and the power line and control switch shall be configured according to the power of the equipment.
3. After installation, check whether the bolts at all parts are loose and whether the main engine compartment door is fastened. If there is any problem, please fasten it.
4. After the inspection, carry out the no-load test run. If the test run is normal, the production can be started.
5. The bearing bears all the loads of the machine, so good lubrication has a great impact on the bearing life. It directly affects the service life and operating efficiency of the machine. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil must be clean and well sealed. Main lubrication positions of the machine: rotating bearing, roller bearing, all gears, movable bearing and sliding plane.
6. The newly installed tire is easy to loosen and must be inspected frequently.
7. Pay attention to the normal operation of all parts of the machine.

Because the jaw crusher has a large crushing ratio and belongs to coarse crushing equipment, its disadvantage in construction and production is that its own structure determines that its functions cannot be fully played in the crushing process. Most of the crushed materials are large particle block aggregate, which needs daily maintenance and needs to be combined with the impact crusher to reach the qualified finished particle shape.
