MTW European version mill promotes the development of new building materials industry.

As we all know, some good characteristics of most buildings benefit from a new building material, aerated concrete block. Today, we will study how this new building material is connected with MTW European version mill.

At the production site of aerated concrete blocks, we can see that after separate measurement, the raw materials used for the production of aerated concrete, such as cement, gypsum, lime, coal ash and sand, will be mixed together with additives such as aluminum powder and water, stored, crushed or ground to the corresponding storage warehouse. After mixing, the materials enter the stop system for gas expansion and body maintenance, and then cut according to production needs. Then the autoclave is used for autoclaving and curing, and later is used for packaging.

According to the engineer, this is only part of the production of aerated concrete blocks. The aerated concrete block produced for the project has excellent properties such as thermal insulation and earthquake resistance. In addition to the proportion of raw materials and manufacturing process, the fineness of materials is also very important. Generally, there are strict fineness requirements for lime, coal ash and powdered aluminum used for aerated concrete blocks, such as 180-200 mesh of lime, 325 mesh of coal ash and 200 mesh of powdered aluminum.

In order to meet the material fineness requirements of block materials, MTW European version mill plays an important role. Taking lime treatment as an example, the calcined quicklime first passes through the jaw crushing stage, then enters the surge chamber through the elevator, and the bulk materials in the silo enter the interior of the main engine through the vibration feeder.
After the main machine of MTW European version mill grinds and the powder concentrator screens, the bulk materials finally enter the powder collector to collect the powder, and then enter the storage container of aerated concrete blocks, which will be used by elevators or pneumatic conveying equipment for standby. The powder process of other production materials, including coal ash and gypsum, is similar to that of quicklime.
