Some people may not understand the closed circuit crushing that we usually call. Exactly how it is broken, under normal circumstances, in the crushing and screening system, the auxiliary equipment with a screening device is called a closed-circuit system of the crusher.
In this way, it is not difficult for us to understand the definition of an open circuit system, that is, there is no screening equipment in the crushing system. There is also a situation that only pre screening equipment is called open circuit system. The advantages of open circuit crushing system are simple process flow, less equipment and simple maintenance and management. The disadvantages of this production line are uneven product particle size and low efficiency.
The closed-circuit crushing system in the production line has the advantages of uniform particle size and high crushing efficiency. The stone production line usually uses the three-stage and one closed-circuit production process, that is, the three-stage screening equipment is used to form a closed-circuit, which is a more common crushing and screening process. The total crushing of this production process is relatively large, and the particle size of crushed ore products can reach 8 mm or finer, so it is suitable for large and medium aggregate production lines. The current production plant has solved the problem of traditional processing equipment, and the unqualified problem of finished aggregate particle shape produced in the previous process has been solved.
The closed-circuit aggregate production line also has some shortcomings. The process flow in production is relatively complex, because there are many equipment used, the investment cost is relatively large, and the maintenance and management requirements are relatively high.
In general, the closed-circuit operation of the sand and gravel production line overcomes the problem of low efficiency of traditional processes and equipment. The production line can adopt closed-circuit production according to the different particle size requirements of sand and gravel aggregates in different construction periods, so that marketable products can be produced in time. At the same time, it also solves the phenomenon of serious equipment wear for processing hard rock.
