When a product officially enters the production process, it has to go through the stages of installation, commissioning and putting into use. In the design process of the vertical mill, from the perspective of the customer, from the quality to the output to the after-sales, in particular, it is necessary to understand how the vertical mill is commissioned and how the daily wear needs to be maintained, which is very important to extend the service life of the mill.
1. The production workshop shall be selected and placed according to the size of the installation diagram, with sufficient height space and location;
2. Try not to be exposed to the sun and rain to prevent rusting after water enters the machine body. The machine body exposed to the air should be smeared with antirust oil to form a good maintenance habit;
3. When installing the main machine of the mill, put rubber in the place where the lower plane of the base and the cement plane are in contact with the grounding bolt to prevent shock. Then use a leveling instrument to adjust the "B" shaped surface of the base;
4. Adjust to the four points of the two crossing lines, and adjust the two half couplings at the same time, and the difference between their axial degrees shall not be greater than 0.2mm;
5. The roller grinding equipment shall be firmly fixed with wire rope to prevent contact and collision between the grinding ring and the roller. Secondly, the machine shall be idled for more than 1 hour;
6. The machine shall operate stably. The temperature of the oil in the oil tank shall be below 80 ° C and the temperature rise shall be below 40 ° C;
7. During the commissioning of the single roller loaded mill, it is almost unnecessary to consider the stability of the loading force. The vertical mill can operate normally in a very short time only by adjusting the proportion of air and material;
8. During the operation of the vertical mill, if the pressure difference of the bag type dust collector is too large, the fine powder will not be discharged, the mill will be oversaturated, and the machine will be stopped after vibration;
9. On the premise that the conditions are met, the commissioning time of vertical mill with single roller loading is only 5-7 days;
10. Pay attention to the matching relationship between the vertical mill process parameters, air volume, local air speed, pressure and the mill output, finished product fineness and separator speed.
During the commissioning of the vertical mill, it was found that if the milled materials in the mill could not be discharged in time, there would be too much materials in the mill, the mill load would increase, and the material layer would be unstable, which would lead to excessive vibration of the vertical mill. Special attention should be paid to that the time for commissioning the machine without no-load operation should be more than eight hours. If the pulverizer operates normally, there is no abnormal vibration or noise, and there is no air leakage at the pipe connection. After commissioning the machine, it can be put into use after fixing all the fasteners.
