The rolling bearings in the roller sleeve must be cleaned, and the damaged parts should be replaced in time. Refueling tools are available with manual oil pumps and grease guns.

4. Before startup, check whether the access doors are tightly closed, whether the bolts are loose, and whether the adjustable parts are in place.
5. Start the machine in a certain order. Start the analyzer first, then the blower, then the main machine of Raymond mill, and then the electromagnetic vibration feeder immediately after starting the main machine.
6. Shut down in the same order. The sequence is just opposite to the start-up sequence, and it is carried out according to the sequence of feeder, Raymond mill host, blower and analyzer.
