Working principle of superfine grinding machine:
After the materials are crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, the materials are sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then sent to the main machine grinding chamber for grinding by the vibrating feeder. The pulverized powder is taken away by the air flow of the fan. After screening by the analyzer, the powder conforming to the fineness will flow through the pipeline into the large cyclone collector for separation and collection, and then be discharged through the powder pipe to form the finished powder.
The air flow is sucked into the blower through the return air pipe at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The whole air flow system of the machine is closed and circulates under positive and negative pressure. The cement grinder has the advantages of strong adaptability to materials, continuous production, easy speed adjustment and fineness of grinding products. It can be produced by dry method or wet method, and can also be grinded and dried at the same time.
