 Feldspar Powder Processing: Project Description

For applications requiring high purity, the powder may undergo purification processes to remove impurities such as iron and titanium. The processed powder is stored in silos and transported to ceramics and glass factories for further processing.

Project Description: This feldspar powder processing project is located in a mining area in central China, where high-quality feldspar reserves are abundant. The project was initiated in 2023 with a total investment of 7 million US dollars, covering an area of 9,000 square meters. It is equipped with one Raymond mill, two crushers, and a complete set of classification and purification equipment, with a designed production capacity of 10 tph and the fineness of 180 mesh.

The project employs 25 workers, including 5 technical personnel responsible for process optimization, equipment maintenance, and product quality control. The project's annual output is 72,000 tons of feldspar powder, with a target market including local ceramics and glass factories. The project is expected to generate annual revenue of 2.88 million US dollars and create jobs for local residents. Environmental protection measures include dust collection equipment, wastewater treatment systems, and tailings disposal facilities, ensuring compliance with national environmental standards.

In conclusion, feldspar powder processing is a vital industry supporting the ceramics and glass sectors, with significant economic benefits. The 10 tph, 180-mesh feldspar grinding project demonstrates the efficiency and feasibility of medium-scale feldspar processing, providing a model for similar projects. As the ceramics and glass industries continue to develop, the demand for high-quality feldspar powder will continue to grow.
