The project employs a specialized grinding system designed to handle the hardness of phosphate rock and the friability of fluorite. A combination of roller crushers and vertical roller mills is used to achieve the fine 360-mesh fineness. Strict safety measures are in place during the grinding process, especially for fluorite, which can release harmful fluoride gases if not properly controlled.
Environmental protection is a priority in this project. An advanced scrubbing system is installed to treat process emissions, removing harmful gases and particulates. Wastewater from the process is treated and recycled, minimizing water usage and environmental impact. This commitment to sustainability makes the project both economically and environmentally viable.
