Phosphate Rock and Fluorite Co-Processing Project--first step
Phosphate rock and fluorite, when co-processed, create a powder with specialized applications in fertilizer production and chemical processing. This project features a production capacity of 4 tph and an output fineness of 360 mesh, designed to meet the specific requirements of these industries.
The primary application of the ground phosphate rock and fluorite blend is in the manufacturing of superphosphate fertilizers. Fluorite helps in the decomposition of phosphate rock during the acidulation process, improving the efficiency of phosphorus extraction. The 360-mesh fineness ensures a high surface area, leading to faster and more complete reactions, resulting in fertilizers with higher nutrient content.
In the chemical industry, this blend is used in the production of various fluorophosphate compounds, which find use in detergents, flame retardants, and other industrial products. The fine particle size ensures good reactivity, leading to higher yields and purer products in chemical synthesis.
