The whole system is arranged in a centralized and upward all steel tower, its structure is very similar to the building, which can save a lot of floor space. The impact breaker, mold control screen, stone powder separation room, agitator and other plates are all arranged in the tower to form a fully sealed sand making and processing system. The excess dust is discharged by a pipe and then collected by a dust collector, which can control the random discharge of dust. In the whole production process, the dust emission concentration can be controlled at 20mg/m3, which is lower than the national environmental protection regulations.
The above sand making systems have different series and models, and the prices are very different. Therefore, in view of the price of the stone sand making machine, it is necessary to understand the production requirements such as the output, the size of incoming and outgoing materials, and the hardness of raw materials before determining the type selection scheme and accurate quotation.In terms of the usual cost, sand making building > mobile sand making machine > impact breaking sand making machine.
