Among them, the main bearing of fine crushing and ultra fine crushing equipment and the wear of plate hammer are easy to occur. Maintenance measures for impact crusher:
1. Check the inside of the equipment, especially to see whether the plate hammer is seriously worn. Since the plate hammer has a great impact on the discharge particle size, it is also necessary to check the condition of other vulnerable parts, including the degree of wear and whether there are cracks.
2. During the operation of the impact crusher, the dust is relatively large. In addition to well sealing all parts of the crusher, ventilation and dust collection equipment shall also be set in the workshop.
3. The clearance between the reaction plate and the plate hammer shall be gradually adjusted to the minimum according to the work needs. After the adjustment, the rotor shall be manually rotated to check whether there is impact. After the adjustment, the sleeve nut shall be locked.
4. Always observe the temperature rise of the main bearing of the rotor. Under normal conditions, it is about 60 ℃, and the higher temperature shall not exceed 75 ℃. If the temperature rise exceeds the higher requirements, stop the machine immediately for inspection and take effective measures to solve the problem.
5. During operation, the vibration, temperature and sound shall be regularly inspected according to the patrol inspection requirements.
6. The main motor can not be stopped until all the materials in the crusher are discharged.
