As we all know, a lot of dust will be produced in the process of mine crushing, which not only pollutes the environment but also causes great harm to the health of workers. Therefore, how to reduce dust has become a key issue for mining machinery enterprises.
To solve this problem, we usually add air box pulse bag filter. According to the characteristics of dust, water and oil repellent filter materials are used. In order to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment, attention should be paid to the quality, specification and model when purchasing the key accessories of the bag filter to reduce the failure rate of the equipment. Strengthen the management of dust removal equipment, regularly check the airtightness of dust cover, and timely deal with problems found.
Target management assessment shall be carried out for the post environment and dust emission of bag filter, dust monitoring shall be carried out regularly, and economic leverage shall be used to mobilize the working integrity of post personnel, improve the maintenance level of dust removal equipment, and greatly reduce dust pollution.
It should be noted that the structure of the dust curtain of the dust removal hood has a great impact on the dust removal effect. The dust curtain cannot be hung with an old belt. The old belt should be cut into 15~20mm wide, and 1/4 of the belt should be stacked into a curtain, which not only facilitates the passage of materials on the belt conveyor, but also has good sealing performance.
In order to ensure a good post environment, in addition to strengthening the maintenance of dust removal equipment, it is also necessary for post workers to keep posts and crusher equipment clean.
