Precautions before starting operation:
1. Check whether there are materials or impurities in the crushing chamber.
2. Check all fasteners for tightness.
3. Check whether the protective device is installed well.
4. Check whether the thrust plate joint has enough grease.
5. Check whether the belt is installed properly and whether there are stains.
6. Check whether the jacking bolt returns, ensure that the gasket is compact and the T-bolt is tightened.

Precautions during production:
1. The materials are evenly sent into the crushing chamber to avoid transverse or excessive feeding.
2. The bearing temperature shall not exceed 30 ℃, and the higher temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃.
3. If the equipment stops working due to blockage, please turn off the power immediately. Restart the machine only after cleaning the materials in the crushing chamber.
4. During production, if the equipment is damaged due to swinging the bushing, please tighten the bushing again.
5. When the electrical equipment in the jaw crusher trips automatically, it should be found out and eliminated before continuing to start. Always observe whether the bearing temperature is normal, Generally, the temperature rise should be within 35 ℃. Check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the spring tightness is appropriate, whether the oil quantity of each lubricating point is appropriate, and whether the vibration and sound during operation are normal. When the discharge port is increased due to wear, the size of the discharge port should be adjusted in time to ensure the product specification.
6. Applying butter is also more important, butter is to lubricate. Generally, it is applied once every 10 hours in each shift. If the butter is of good quality, it can be applied once after two shifts. It must be handled in time when the screw is loose, otherwise there will be abnormal noise, and the parts will also have problems after a long time.
