Working principle of sand making machine:
The main working part of the sand making machine is a rotor with a hammer head, which is composed of a main shaft, a disc, a pin shaft, a hammer handle and a hammer head. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed in the crushing chamber. The materials enter the machine from the upper feeding port and are crushed by the impact, shear and grinding of the high-speed moving hammer.
The upper part of the rotor is provided with a counterattack plate, the rear part of the rotor is provided with a striking plate, and the lower part of the rotor is provided with a sieve plate. The particles smaller than the size of the sieve hole in the crushed materials are discharged through the sieve plate. The coarse particles remain on the sieve plate to continue to be hit and ground by the hammer head, and then are discharged through the sieve plate.
In the whole crushing process, the materials impact and crush each other by themselves, not directly contacting with the metal elements, but impact and friction with the material lining to crush, which reduces pollution and prolongs the use time of the machinery.
