With the development of construction waste industry, the amount of construction waste in China has accounted for 30%-40% of the total amount of urban waste. If calculated according to the standard of 500-600 tons / 10000 square meters, China will increase the construction area by about 30billion square meters by 2021, and the new construction waste will be an alarming figure.
The crushing of construction waste is a hot investment direction in recent years. The urbanization process is accelerating, and the transformation of urban villages makes a large number of construction waste unable to be properly treated. However, in fact, coarse aggregate can be obtained from the crushed construction waste, it is an ideal building material and can be widely used in concrete aggregate, highway water stable layer, brick making and other applications.
Construction waste is generally composed of medium soft and hard stones such as bricks and concrete. Due to the low hardness of raw materials, the wear of crushing equipment is not high. Generally, impact crusher or heavy hammer crusher can be used for effective crushing. Since the feeding of construction waste is generally not large (the normal particle size is below 600mm), the jaw crusher shall be equipped according to the actual situation.
Due to the large feed inlet, the hammer crusher generally does not need to add jaw in the front section for coarse crushing and can be directly crushed. Its disadvantage is that the particle shape is different from that of the impact crusher. However, the finished products of construction waste are generally used for aggregate, water stable cushion and other requirements with low standards, so the heavy hammer crusher is very suitable for the crushing of construction waste.
