Otherwise, no matter how much investment is made, the environmental protection will not meet the standards, and everything will be empty talk.
With the qualification to legally set up a stone factory, the next step is to select and allocate the equipment required for the stone production line. So, what equipment is required to set up a stone factory?
1. Feeding equipment.
The vibrating feeder can continuously and evenly transport materials for the crusher, and coarse screen the materials.
2. Crushing equipment.
It mainly includes jaw crusher (coarse crushing), cone crusher (medium fine crushing), impact crusher (medium fine crushing), sand making machine (stone shaping, machine-made sand production) and other equipment, which jointly complete the production of building stone and machine-made sand.
3. Screening equipment.
The vibrating screen can screen the materials with different particle sizes, it can be divided into several different levels through the single-layer or multi-layer screen surface with uniform holes for many times, so as to realize the coarse and fine separation.
4. Conveying equipment.
The common conveying equipment belt conveyor, is used to convey materials. According to the process requirements, it can be transported by a single machine, or it can be composed of multiple machines, or it can form a horizontal or inclined conveying system with other conveying equipment, as the link between production machinery and equipment for continuous production.
