Detailed introduction to the production process of river pebble crushing and deep processing:
1. The large river gravel is sent to the PE jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder through the bin of the production line for coarse crushing.
2. Coarse crushed river pebbles are sent to HPT cone crusher by belt conveyor for further fine crushing.
3. The finely crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening.
4. The stones that do not meet the grain size requirements are crushed again by VSI sand making machine, and then screened by round vibrating screen.
5. Sand washing machine is an optional equipment, to achieve the integrity of the entire production line to meet customer demand for material size. Dust removal equipment can be provided according to environmental protection needs.
