As an industrial ultra-fine powder mill, the powder output fineness of LUM mill can generally reach 1300 meshes and 0.005 mm fineness, which can meet most industrial grinding needs. The material layer grinding principle is adopted. The material stays in the machine for a short time, and the finished product has high whiteness and purity, with less iron content. The special roller sleeve and liner design can be ground to the required fineness at one time. During operation, the grinding roller does not directly contact the grinding plate, which greatly improves the service life of vulnerable parts. The overall sealing performance is good, and there is less dust spillage.
LUM superfine mill is mainly composed of motor, reducer, grinding roller device, grinding plate device, pressurizing device, powder concentrator, machine body and oil station. The working principle is that the main motor drives the grinding plate to rotate through the reducer, while the air enters the mill from the air inlet, and the materials fall in the middle of the grinding plate through the feeding port of the screw feeder.
Under the effect of centrifugal force, the materials move evenly from the middle of the grinding plate to the edge. When passing the grinding roller area on the grinding plate, the large materials are directly crushed by the grinding roller, and the fine materials are crushed into a bed for inter particle crushing. The crushed materials continue to move towards the edge of the grinding plate until they are taken away by the strong air flow at the wind ring, while the larger granular materials fall onto the grinding plate again to continue crushing.
When the materials in the air flow pass through the upper separator, the coarse particles return to the grinding plate for grinding under the action of the rotor blades. The qualified fine powders are grinded together with the air flow and collected by the system's powder collector. The collected powders are the products of the ultra-fine vertical mill.
When iron blocks and other sundries mixed with materials move to the edge of the grinding plate along with the materials, they cannot be blown up by the wind due to their heavy weight, and fall to the lower chamber of the mill and are scraped into the slag discharge port and out of the machine by the scraper installed at the bottom of the grinding plate.
