When the movable jaw plate approaches the fixed jaw plate, the ore between the two jaw plates is crushed by the combined action of extrusion, splitting and bending and breaking. Both the fixed jaw and the movable jaw are composed of a jaw bed and a jaw plate. The jaw plate is the working part and is fixed on the jaw bed with bolts and wedges. The jaw bed of the fixed jaw is the front wall of the frame, and the jaw bed of the movable jaw is suspended on the periphery. It must have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the crushing reaction force, so it is mostly cast steel or cast iron.
3. Eccentric shaft of transmission part: the eccentric shaft is the main shaft of the crusher and bears great bending and torsion, It is made of high carbon steel. The eccentric part shall be subject to finish machining, heat treatment and Babbitt alloy casting for bearing lining. One end of the eccentric shaft is equipped with a pulley, and the other end is equipped with a flywheel.
