Working principle of vertical mill:

When the materials in the air flow pass through the upper separator, under the action of the guide vane, the coarse materials fall from the cone bucket to the grinding plate, and the fine powders are grinded together with the air flow and collected by the dust collector of the system. The collected powders are the products grinded by the vertical mill. The material is dried in the process of contacting with the gas in the shell to reach the required dryness and humidity of the product.
