Stage 1: Coarse crushing: Large limestone materials are uniformly fed by the vibrating feeder through the silo and conveyed to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed materials are screened by the vibrating screen and then conveyed to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor.
Stage 2: After the coarse crushed materials conveyed from the medium and fine crushing to the impact crusher are crushed by the impact crusher, the round vibrating screen is used to screen the materials crushed by the impact crusher, and the larger particle materials are returned to the impact crusher for crushing again; If finer products or shaping are required, the crushed materials shall be sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping.
Stage 3: Milling: the crushed small limestone materials are sent to the silo through the elevator, and then sent to the grinding room of the mill for grinding evenly and quantitatively through the vibrating feeder.
Stage 4: Packaging: packaging and storage of finished materials.
