Precautions when using cone crusher:
1. The ore must be fed in the middle of the distribution plate, and it is not allowed to directly feed the ore into the crushing chamber. Because it is easy to overload the crusher and cause uneven wear of the lining plate.
2. Crusher output. The output of the crusher is related to the feeding mode, feeding fragmentation, ore discharge fragmentation, physical and mechanical properties of ore, temperature, etc, with a wide range of changes. The output given by the manufacturer is the approximate output under the specified conditions.
3. Replacement of rolling mortar wall. The rolling mortar wall has a U-shaped screw handle on the adjusting ring, and zinc alloy is injected between them to make it closely combined. When the rolling mortar wall is newly installed or replaced, its fastening condition should be checked after 6-8 hours of operation, and the U-shaped screw should be tightened again.
4. Replacement of cone crushing wall. The cone crushing wall is fixed on the cone body with a cone head, and zinc alloy is cast between them. After 6-8 hours of operation, the newly installed or replaced cone crushing wall should be checked for its fastening, and it should be fastened immediately if it is loose.
5. The gears engage. The round plate is worn by friction, which affects the change of gear clearance. For the normal engagement of gears, shims must be added on the bottom cover, and the thickness of the shims should be equal to the wear amount of the round plate.
6. Bowl bearings and seals. When installing the bowl bearing, be careful not to damage the oil deflector with the wire rope. During assembly, the supporting spherical surface shall be scraped, and the annular clearance of 0.35-0.5mm shall be ensured between the broken cone and the bowl shaped spherical surface when the outer circle contacts the inner ring. The bowl shaped bearing shell is fixed on the bowl shaped bearing frame with the lock nails of the Bahua alloy poured around it to prevent the bowl shaped bearing shell from rotating in the circumference.
7. There are three kinds of transition fit between the cylindrical bushing and the frame. In order to prevent the rotation of the bushing, zinc alloy is injected into the upper groove of the bushing. When replacing a new bushing, it should be prepared according to the actual size of the frame, because the crusher will inevitably change the fit relationship after a long time of work and loading and unloading. If the clearance is too large, the bushing will break.
8. Conical bushing. The taper sleeve and the hollow eccentric shaft shall be grinded, and zinc alloy shall be injected to prevent the rotation of the taper sleeve. The zinc alloy shall fill all the gaps. The deformation of the taper sleeve may be caused due to the hot injection of zinc alloy. Therefore, the new taper sleeve shall be corrected in a timely manner if the size is not correct after inspection. When manufacturing spare parts, it shall be prepared according to the actual size of the inner diameter of the eccentric sleeve to maintain the original fit.
9. Spring device. The role of the spring is to protect the crusher from damage when the crusher enters the non breakable objects. Therefore, the pressure of the spring is consistent with the crushing force of the crusher. The spring does not move when the crusher works normally. Only when the iron block falls into the crushing chamber to overload the crusher, the supporting sleeve is lifted to cause the spring to be compressed.
10. The upper part of the crusher jumps during normal operation, which is an abnormal phenomenon. The cause must be carefully analyzed, and measures must be taken to eliminate it. If the spring is compressed incorrectly, it will not work normally, but the parts may be damaged, because the compression spring will increase the crushing force.
There are several reasons that cause the upper part of the crusher to jump, such as uneven ore feeding or excessive ore feeding, excessive small pieces and powdery ore contained in the ore feeding, or excessive humidity, and too small clearance at the ore outlet. The exposed rotating part of the purchased machine shall be provided with a protective cover, which shall be provided by the user.
