Improvement of new MTW European version mill:
1. Improving the grading system is the core of the new MTW European version mill. The large eddy current impeller classifier was successfully used to replace the recovered rear fan classifier.
2. Improve the air conveying system of new MTW European version mill. In order to obtain a good classification effect, in addition to the reasonable structural parameters of the classifier itself, it also depends on the air volume and flow rate passing through the classifier.
The blower with high air pressure and small flow shall be used. The flow is nearly twice as small as that of the common Raymond mill, while the air pressure is many times higher. The layout of the air supply pipe must be short and quick, and not too smooth. Do not turn straight, and avoid the horizontal layout of the pipe.
3. Improve the powder collection system of new MTW European version mill, and select the appropriate cyclone dust collector according to the change of product fineness. A resistance eliminating rod device of the cyclone has been innovatively designed and installed on the cyclone dust collector of the new MTW European version mill.
On the premise of maintaining the original dust collection efficiency, the resistance is reduced by more than 20%, which greatly reduces the power consumption. The dust collection capacity is improved, the dust overflow is prevented, and the environment is kept clean.

Comprehensive performance comparison between the new MTW European version mill and the traditional Raymond mill:
1. The output of products with the same fineness produced by processing the same raw materials increases by about 70% - 90%.
2. Energy consumption: 30% - 35% of electricity consumption per ton.
3. Fineness of finished products. The new MTW European version mill can produce superfine powder of less than or equal to 1250 meshes at one time. The product fineness fully meets the national standard, with a screening rate of more than 99.97% for 800 meshes, and no large particle residue for products of more than 1000 meshes.
