The finely ground materials are carried by the air flow and separated in the mill by the separator above. The coarse powder falls into the grinding plate and is crushed again. The qualified fine powder is sent out by the air to the bag dust collector for collection.
The vertical roller mill is mainly composed of powder selecting transmission device, grinding roller device, grinding disc device, pressure lubrication device, etc.
1. Powder selecting drive device.
Under the action of gravity, the material moves downward and enters the grinding area. The high-speed rotating grinding roller will squeeze, shear and grind the material, thus grinding the material. The separator is a kind of energy-saving powder separation device.
2. Roller grinding device.
The grinding roller is a component used to roll and crush materials. The grinding roller is processed with threads, which can improve the processing capacity of the mill.
3. Grinding disc device.
The grinding plate is fixed on the output shaft of the reducer and is the place where the grinding roller rolls the materials. The material has a short residence time in the mill, which is easy to detect and control the particle size of the product and reduce repeated grinding.
4. Pressurized lubrication device.
The pressurizing device is a component that provides the grinding roller with grinding pressure, provides sufficient pressure to the grinding roller to crush materials, and prevents direct contact between the roller sleeve and the grinding disc lining plate, so as to avoid crushing and violent vibration.
