Inspection after disassembly: first check whether the bearing rolling element and the inner and outer steel rings are damaged, rusted, scarred, etc., then hold the inner ring of the bearing with your hand and make the bearing flat, and push the outer steel ring with your other hand.
If the bearing is in good condition, the outer steel ring should rotate smoothly, without vibration and obvious jamming during rotation, and the outer steel ring should not reverse after stopping rotation. Otherwise, the bearing can no longer be used. Hold the outer ring with your left hand, hold the inner steel ring with your right hand, and push it hard in all directions. If it feels loose when pushing, it is seriously worn.
Repair of bearing failure of screw sand washer: when replacing a new bearing, select the bearing with the same model as the original one. The rust spots on the outer surface of the bearing can be removed with abrasive paper, and then washed in gasoline. If the bearing has cracks, the inner and outer rings are broken or the bearing is excessively worn, the bearing should be replaced with a new one.
When the rolling bearing is short of oil, abnormal noises will be heard. If discontinuous noises are heard, the bearing steel ring may be broken. When the bearing is mixed with sand and other sundries or the bearing parts are slightly worn, a slight noise will occur.
