The raw materials for the key components of C6X series jaw crusher are more carefully selected, and the key parts such as bearings and couplings provided by international leading manufacturers are selected for the positions of side wall plates, jaw plates, bearing seats, moving jaw bodies, and main shafts.
In terms of the rack, the new design separates the side wall from the front wall and the rear wall, and adopts a removable structure without welding, which avoids the problem of stress concentration caused by welding. In this way, if any major parts are accidentally damaged, they can be directly replaced, greatly improving the service life of the equipment and saving costs for customers.
The C6X series jaw crusher has also been adjusted at the two key positions of the discharge port and the crushing chamber. The wedge adjustment replaces the traditional base plate type discharge opening, making the operation of adjusting the discharge opening easier and more convenient.
Through the optimization of the cavity structure of the crushing chamber and the moving jaw trajectory parameters, a more reasonable inertia moment and a larger crushing stroke make the equipment more efficient in crushing under the same energy consumption.
