The vertical shaft impact crusher is composed of rotor, crushing chamber, motor, transmission device, spindle system, lubrication system and electric control system.Due to the poor working environment, various faults often occur in operation. 1. Rotation direction of rotor.
It needs to rotate counterclockwise when viewed from the top of the equipment. If its rotation direction is incorrect, it will cause serious damage to the rotor. The rotation directions of the two motors need to be consistent. If the judgment is unclear, the V-belt can be removed to observe the rotation direction of the two motors.
2. Lubrication.
The crusher has unique operating conditions. Do not use different types of grease alternately. Consult the manufacturer about the grease to be used, which is very important for the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
3. Iron removal.
The mixed iron in the feed or the particle size of the feed is too large, which has a significant impact on the service life of the throwing head. Therefore, it is necessary to often clean and remove the miscellaneous iron on the iron ware, and check whether the screen is damaged. For this purpose, iron separator shall be installed on the feeding tape.
4. Tension of driving tape.
Proper tension is very important for the long-term and normal operation of the drive belt, especially for the double motor drive equipment. If the current of one motor is lower than that of the other motor, it may be caused by the different belt tension of the two motors. For the new belt, readjust the tension after 30 minutes of empty operation, then put it into operation, and readjust it after 8 hours of operation, so as to remove the natural extension of the belt, otherwise it is easy to burn the belt.
5. Dust control.
Usually in the normal operation process, the air turbulence in the crushing chamber creates an ideal dust collection environment, and it is not necessary to use dust collection equipment to reduce dust, but a large amount of dust will be discharged during startup or shutdown or insufficient feeding during operation. A water spray device can be installed at the discharge port, and it will be interlocked with the electric motor on/off, so that the crusher can automatically start the spray device to control the dust discharge when the crusher starts or stops.
6. Operation record.
It is very important to record the daily operation records in detail, such as vibration value, upper and lower bearing temperature, rotor stop time after shutdown, etc., which plays a very important role in judging the operation failure of the equipment and ensuring the long-term operation of the equipment.
