Clean the equipment. After a long time of work, the mill is easy to have dirt that needs to be cleaned. During the cleaning process, do not use a high-pressure and high-temperature water gun to wash, so as to avoid burning electrical appliances.
Selection and replacement of oil: the fuel system shall also be cleaned during cleaning, and the fuel transfer pump shall be checked to see whether it is normal to eliminate hidden troubles. The replacement shall be determined according to the usage.
Maintenance of parts: During the operation of the grinder, each part has different temperatures according to the different work contents. There is a cooling system in the equipment. During maintenance, pay attention not to make the water tank in the cooling system have sediment of mud and sand. If it is found, it needs to be removed in time. Besides, the water temperature in the water tank cannot be too high or too low, and antifreeze needs to be added in the water tank.
