1. High manganese steel material.
Impact toughness is one of the important mechanical properties of high manganese steel, which indicates the ability of material to resist fracture. Different working conditions have different requirements for impact toughness. Good toughness and can eliminate brittle fracture during extrusion or impact. The surface hardness of the jaw plate is low, the abrasive short-range cutting amount is large, and the wear of the jaw plate is fast. Therefore, improve the wear resistance of high manganese steel jaw plate, and then improve the structure of jaw crusher, minimize the sliding of abrasive on the surface of jaw plate, and give full play to the potential of deformation hardening of high manganese steel.
2. High chromium alloy material.
High wear resistance of high chromium composite wear-resistant steel: wear test shows that the wear resistance of wear-resistant composite plate is 12-18 times higher than that of low carbon steel, and high impact resistance of high chromium composite wear-resistant steel: due to the use of soft steel substrate, the wear-resistant composite plate has high impact resistance, which fully reflects the advantages of both wear resistance and impact resistance of composite materials.
High chromium cast iron is cast in or bonded to the high manganese steel jaw plate to form a composite jaw plate, giving full play to the high wear resistance of high chromium cast iron and the high toughness of high manganese steel, so that the service life of the jaw plate is significantly improved. This is an effective way to improve the service life of the jaw plate, but its manufacturing process is relatively complicated.
