If there is no machine-made sand to replace river sand, it will be difficult to develop the infrastructure. Therefore, there is the emergence of sand making equipment. What equipment are needed to produce the equipment of the machine-made sand production line, and how is the machine-made sand produced?
The machine-made sand production line is mainly composed of three to four kinds of equipment such as vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, sand making machine and vibrating screen equipment. For example, the river pebble machine-made sand production line is composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, 5x new sand making machine and vibrating screen. If it is sand, 5x sand making machine can be replaced by impact crusher or cone crusher.
Production process of machine-made sand production line: first, the vibrating feeder sends the stones to the jaw crusher for preliminary crushing, and then the belt conveyor sends them to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. After fine crushing, the stones are screened by the vibrating screen to select qualified machine-made sand, and the other part that does not meet the requirements is returned to the sand making machine for further processing, forming a closed loop. If it is three-stage crushing, add a counter impact crusher or a cone crusher between the jaw crusher and the sand making machine for fine crushing.
The machine-made sand production line has a high degree of automation, low operating cost, high crushing efficiency, energy conservation, large output, clean pollution, simple maintenance, and the produced machine-made sand has uniform particle size, good particle shape and reasonable gradation, which is more in line with the standard requirements of building sand.
