What is the production process flow of steel slag treatment equipment?
First, impurities and large pieces are separated and iron is removed. Then, they are grinded by a vertical mill. Qualified micro powder enters the powder warehouse and is the finished product. Secondly, climb to the transfer rack through the underground belt of the stock yard, and preliminarily remove iron through the electromagnetic iron remover in the middle. A belt conveyor is set under the transfer rack to convey the screened impurities and large blocks to the batching bin.
Once again, it is measured by the batching scale and then sent to the grinding workshop by the belt conveyor. The grinding roller fed into the vertical mill in the vertical mill workshop is crushed on the rotating mill plate. The coarse powder and fine powder after grinding are separated by hot air. The waste gas is discharged into the chimney by the exhaust fan after dust collection. Later, the powder from the grinding workshop is sent to the powder warehouse by bucket elevator and chute at the top of the warehouse for storage.
