How to install and debug the ore cone crusher?

Home / News

When the cone crusher is used as an intermediate crusher to process ores, the surrounding environment may be relatively harsh. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the regular inspection of the cone crusher, so it is required to conduct debugging before installation and during use. How to conduct debugging is analyzed below.

Commissioning before installation:
1. First, check the wiring and fastening of the electrical box, adjust the delay relay and overload protector, connect the circuit, test the motor rotation direction, and select the fuse with appropriate specifications.
2. The tightness of fixed parts, lubrication of various parts and whether the tension of V-belt is appropriate should be the focus of inspection.
3. The crusher must be started with no load, and the no-load test run time shall not be less than 2 hours. During the test run, attention shall be paid to the operation of the crusher. If abnormal phenomena are found, stop the crusher immediately and find out the causes.
4. The allowable deviation of longitudinal levelness of the bottom plane of the frame when installing is 0.5mm/m, and the allowable deviation of transverse levelness measured on the main shaft is 0.15 mm/m.
5. The installation of cone crusher shall be balanced, the levelness error of the main shaft shall not be greater than 1mm/m, the driving and driven wheels shall be in the same plane, the belt tightness shall be adjusted appropriately, and the motor shall be fixed.

Commissioning in work:
1. After installation, check and remove the foreign matters in the crushing chamber. Check whether the installation position of each component moves, deforms, locks all bolts, and whether the seals are in good condition.
2. During production, pay attention to the regular replacement of lubricating oil. If the lubricating oil deteriorates, it will accelerate the wear of gears, bowl shaped pads, and bearing sleeves, and even make the bearing sleeves dead. Therefore, we need to clean the lubricating oil.
3. At the beginning of loaded test run, a small amount of ore shall be fed first, and then gradually transited to half load and full load. If the ore blocks put into the crusher are too large or too much ore, or often fall into non broken metal blocks, the wear and damage of the machine will be accelerated. Therefore, control the large ore and non broken objects to fall into the crusher and keep them uniform.
4. The cone crusher shall be started and stopped in sequence. The equipment shall be started with no load. Feeding can be carried out after the operation is stable. Overload operation shall be prohibited during production. Stop feeding before stopping the machine, and stop the machine only after all materials in the machine are emptied.
