1. First, raise the head of the belt conveyor to the required height, and make corresponding changes to the unloader;
2. Temporarily raise the tail of the belt conveyor so that there are enough crusher foundation construction positions under it;
3. Pour concrete foundation. Firstly, the leg column of the steel structure frame with good door design shall be corrected on site, and then the lower part of the leg column shall be poured into the concrete foundation;
4. When the concrete foundation reaches the design strength, put down the tail of the belt conveyor outside the warehouse to the required position, and put the upper support of the steel structure frame in place. During the previous concrete setting period, production can still continue;
5. After the crusher and motor are in place and calibrated, tighten the connecting bolts between the crusher and the steel frame support, and weld the upper and lower parts of the steel frame;
6. Final commissioning and operation.
