These small cracks continue to expand to connect, causing the material on the surface of the jaw plate to fall off and form debris.

Repair method for wear of jaw plate:
1. The newly installed jaw plate must be firmly fixed, installed and in stable contact with the surface of the machine.
2. During the working process, pay attention to the normal operation of the crusher before starting feeding.
3. The crushed material should be evenly added into the crushing chamber, and the side feeding or excessive filling should be avoided to prevent unilateral overload or overload.
4. Under normal conditions, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 35 ° C, and the higher temperature shall not exceed 70 ° C. if it exceeds 70 ° C, the machine shall be shut down immediately to find out the cause and eliminate it.
5. Before shutdown, the feeding work shall be stopped first, and the machine can be stopped only after the crushed materials in the crushing chamber are completely discharged.
6. Select materials with high hardness to resist extrusion and materials with enough toughness to resist chiseling impact.
7. The structure of jaw plate is improved to reduce the relative sliding between material and die plate and reduce friction.
