5. The bearing temperature of the sanding machine is too high. Bearing heating is common. The main reason for the failure is that the bearing is not well lubricated, or the crushing cavity enters dust and other impurities. The more direct reason is that the bearing is damaged and needs to be replaced.
6. The reason why the body of the sand making machine swings too much may be that the wearing parts on the impeller are seriously worn, the feeding particles are too large, or there are obstructions in the impeller channel of the sand making machine. The elimination method is to replace the wearing parts of the sand making machine, reduce the feeding particle size, or take out the obstructions.
