3. Bearing overheating is generally caused by insufficient or excessive lubricating grease, pollution, deterioration, bearing damage, etc. The solution is to add appropriate lubricating grease, clean the bearing, and replace the lubricating grease and bearing.
4. The root cause of excessive discharge particles of crusher equipment is that the hammer head is worn too much and the screen bar is broken. The solution is to replace the hammer head and screen bar.
5. For the vibrating feeder, check the amplitude and coil current of the feed chute frequently, and deal with the breakage of the plate spring jacking bolt or plate spring, the change of the clearance between the iron core and the inclined iron or the impact damage in a timely manner.
6. During equipment operation, attention shall be paid to the sound of equipment operation, which shall not be too loud.
7. Attention shall be paid to the belt conveyor. If the belt deviates, slips or tears, replace the tape that meets the requirements in time to reach the service life, and replace the equipment in time.
8. In terms of screening equipment, the occurrence of torsional vibration and the failure of vibration exciter will cause serious damage to the universal coupling and other accessories of the equipment.
