1. The powder lock of the vertical pulverizer is not properly adjusted and the seal is not tight, which causes the powder to suck back;
2. The bearing temperature of the vertical mill is too high, the oil supply is abnormal, the oil quantity is too much or too little, or the lubricating oil quality is unqualified;
3. The blade of the pulverizer is greatly worn, and the material cannot be shoveled;
4. The air duct of the pulverizer is blocked, and the pipeline of the pulverizer is not well sealed due to air leakage.
Solutions for the situation that the pulverizer does not discharge powder:
1. Check and adjust the sealing of the powder locking device. If air leakage is found, it shall be sealed again. Replace the new blade, clean the air duct material, re-feed the material, and seal the pipe.
2. In case of fault of the powder concentrator, it shall be restored to normal within 10 seconds, otherwise it shall be shut down. After the shutdown of the powder concentrator, set the feeding amount to 0, stop feeding, and then check the powder concentrator and handle it. If it cannot be recovered within 10 seconds, it is necessary to stop the machine in sequence.
3. Reduce or stop feeding until the blockage in the grinding chamber is completely removed. The discharge can also be promoted by observing the gradual increase of the ventilation volume of the vertical mill. If the above measures can not solve the problem, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection.
